Any unresolved dispute of any nature shall be settled through arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 at New Delhi by the Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by BOLLYFIT. The arbitration award shall be final, conclusive and binding on both the Parties.  The venue of the arbitration shall be in New Delhi, India at the discretion of BOLLYFIT and it shall be conducted in the English language. 

Any legal dispute shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Union of India and the Courts at Delhi alone shall have exclusive competent Jurisdiction.
